In search of novel approaches to design research, Sky looked to The Exception Method to shine a spotlight on the excluded and take inspiration to bring it to the forefront of their design and product thinking.

The project

Using The Exception Method, we worked together with Sky's team of designers, researchers and engineers to generate new inclusive product ideas. Our aim was to not only drive process improvements, but to extend the reach and positive impact that Sky as a company and their designers have on those excluded.

Using the power of storytelling, we captured our novel approach to design and research in ﬁlm, developing stories to inspire through the lens of disability inclusion, across the organisation. Watch below to learn more about Luna and the process.
