Our work

We put inclusive innovation into practice through research, co-creation, and collaboration. Working across sectors, we lead participatory research with underrepresented communities and build strategic partnerships with global organisations - each project reflecting our commitment to designing with, not just for.

Fuelling Innovation

Jaguar Land Rover

Using The Exception Method, we uncovered how vehicle design can better serve customers with limited dexterity. By embedding lived experience into innovation, we supported JLR’s commitment to systemic inclusion, creating mobility solutions that work better for everyone.

Spotify

We explore Spotify’s voice feature through inclusive research with blind and low-vision users. Working closely with their design and research teams, we identify key exclusions and co-create five voice-led concepts to inspire more accessible, equitable product experiences.

An Inclusive Home

Sky

We set out to reimagine home entertainment through the lens of cognitive and physical inclusion. By designing with lived experience, we created a universal concept, now on Sky’s five-year roadmap, and shift how inclusive design is practiced internally.

Middle East Inclusion

Zain

We helped Zain Kuwait align their WE ABLE goals with innovation strategy. By embedding inclusive innovation into their digital-first ambitions, we supported their commitment to accessibility and strengthened their vision of connecting the disconnected.

Inclusive Spaces

Paris Olympics

We curated best-in-class accessible design resource formed from inclusive research with Paralympians ahead of Paris 2024. Our guide spanning visual, environmental, and digital accessibility, supported inclusive decision-making in the design of Olympic spaces and experiences.

Play on, Girls

Standard Chartered

Uncovering how young women engage with sport across India, Kenya, and Vietnam, we revealed motivations, barriers, and emotional drivers. Insights informed the ‘Play On’ campaign—shaping meaningful engagement and tackling gender disparities through culturally grounded research and actionable recommendations.

Helping Patients

NHS

Supporting patients with chronic pain, we co-created inclusive resources and The Pain Group service. Combining expert guidance, digital tools, and peer support. Research with patients and clinicians shaped a holistic approach to pain management rooted in empathy and accessibility.

Inclusive Manifesto

Samsung

Translating industry and consumer insights into action, we supported the development of a new UX strategy. Expert panels, interviews, and global research shaped opportunities for Samsung to lead responsibly across environment, social impact, and governance in design.

Drive to Inspire

Jaguar Land Rover

A family road trip becomes the starting point for inclusive innovation. Working closely with Eshan and his family, JLR teams uncover universal insights, shaping 16 new concepts now tested across global markets and embedded into design strategy.

INKlusion Guidelines

Samsung

Redefined inclusive design as a creative opportunity, not a constraint. Through research with global design leaders, we supported the creation of INKlusion—a bold strategy and guidebook inspiring Samsung designers to embed DEI in mindset, process, and practice.

Inclusive Windows

Selfridges

Exploring inclusive storytelling, we collaborated with a visually impaired expert to reimagine audio descriptions for Selfridges’ window displays. Centering lived experience, our research revealed how designing for one can enrich experiences for all—deepening narrative, access, and creative intent.
